I really have a lot to live up to when it comes to birthday cakes. Growing up my mom made amazing cakes for us, anything we wanted she would and could create. Someday I will scan pictures of them in and show them off because they really are great creations. These are the result of my first attempt to make fun birthday cakes. They are no masterpieces, and I started out easy, but it's a start. The soccer ball was for him to dig into and the baseball was for everyone else.
